The Huffman Cabin offers a great getaway from every day
stress. Nestled in Jewell Hollow in the
Blue Ridge Mountains only minutes from
Skyline Drive and
Luray Caverns.
Come to rest, relax and enjoy the wildflowers,
the wildlife, the peace and quiet. Huffman Cabin offers 21 wooded acres for your
walking pleasure; a pond; and a mountain stream with a water wheel only feet
away from the wrap-around deck. Here you can sit under the picnic shelter;
barbecue on the gas grill and enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds. Open Year-round.
The cabin, decorated with antiques and handmade
chestnut and walnut furniture, offers a Living Room with a stone gas fireplace, a
phone and a color TV/VCR; a Dining Room; and a kitchen fully equipped. All with
chestnut paneling. A Bathroom with shower; two Bedrooms with a full size antique
iron bed in each room. Exposed log beam ceilings throughout the cabin. Air
Conditioned. just bring your sheets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, and
groceries.

Come down on the farm and stay in our Country Granary that we
converted into a guest house which includes a bedroom with two full-size beds, a bath (shower), a
living room with TV (Dish Network); small kitchenette
with stove, refrigerator, sink, and plenty of pots and pans, antique table and
chairs and
electric heat. There is a large front porch with a view of the beautiful Blue
Ridge and Massanutten Mountains. You can grill and eat on the porch and watch
the cows and our two pet sheep (Annabell and Mr. Rogers) graze around the
Granary while listening to the nearby creek or go for a walk up the country
road.
The Country Granary offers the rustic charm of an old building -- country
lodging at its best! We kept the old
wide pine boards in the walls and floor with the exposed logs in the ceiling.
They have been refinished to create the country décor. It has been a labor of
love to create this guest house and we hope all of our guests will love this
location as much as we do.

What a find!
Secluded at the base of the
Blue Ridge Mountains, Pass Run Mountain Cottage sits
on a knoll overlooking the gently babbling
Pass Run mountain stream. As
you sit on the deck, you may see deer, bear and turkeys while you enjoy the
peaceful sounds of nature.
The cabin is
furnished with antiques and offers a full bath (with tub and shower), phone and
electric heat. The living room has a stone (gas) fireplace, large picture
window and television with DirecTV. A fully equipped kitchen features a
microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and table linens.
The cabin sleeps up to four people (two
bedrooms - each with
an antique full size bed). Linens are furnished.
